Appointment Policy

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To respect everyone’s time, your treatment will end on time and you will be responsible for the full treatment cost. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we feel there is not enough time to give you quality treatment and not keep other clients waiting. Arriving more than 15 minutes late (7 minutes late for waxing services) will result in cancellation of your appointment and a cancellation fee (see cancellation policy for details). We encourage you to schedule at least two weeks in advance or at the end of an appointment to reserve the most convenient time for your schedule!

Cards will be securely kept on file for every client. If you need to cancel an aesthetic appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance to reschedule. No fees will be charged for changes made with 24+ hours notice. All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee.


50% of the service booked will be charged if late or no notice is given.

This courtesy enables us to compensate our staff for their time and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Patients arriving more than 15-minutes late (7-minutes late for waxing services) may result in a shortened appointment or a cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the procedure.

Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic procedures, we do not bill insurance. Payment for all individual treatments is due at the time of treatment, and all packages must be paid in full at the time of first treatment. Packages are non-refundable. We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Cherry.

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.

Products: Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented adverse reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e. a broken pump) may be exchanged within 30 days for the same product only.

Children & Pets

Due to the nature of services being performed, children are not permitted unless pre-approved by your esthetician. 

Due to potential allergies of clients and maintaining cleanliness of the spa, pets are not permitted.

Service animals are welcomed!


2 hour street parking is available on the right side of High Street across from the spa. If your service is longer than 2 hours, your esthetician will reach out to you for parking.

Aesthetic Results Disclaimer

Aesthetic procedure results may vary significantly between clients. Every client is unique and every treatment has many variables. No two procedures or treatments will yield identical results, even with clients of similar body types or appearances. Aesthetic procedures and treatments found on our website illustrate offerings and results. There are numerous variables involved with each client, treatment, and response or result.

It is important that each client understands fully that the results a typical person will receive vary significantly between clients and fully understands the information provided by the above disclaimer. Please address any questions or concerns directly with your esthetician during your initial consultation and before any procedure or treatment is performed.
