Melted Aesthetics is conveniently located near the heart of downtown Eugene and the University of Oregon Campus.
Meet The Team
Chloe Shaw, LE, Rapid Waxer
Chloë is Melted’s Rapid Waxer. She specializes in Brazilian waxing but loves to perform full-body waxing and other services that go alongside hair removal. She graduated from Fremont Beauty College in California, heading right into working as a waxer. Chloë then moved to Eugene, continuing her work as a waxer, perfecting her skill before opening Melted Aesthetics (formerly Face Forward Aesthetics) alongside her good friend Gillian. Chloë is eager to provide the best experience to all her guests, helping them become more confident with themselves and their bodies. In her free time, Chloë likes to spend time with her boyfriend, Brady, and 3 cats, gardening and DIY updating their house!
Gillian Ricci, CAE
Meet Gillian, Melted’s Advanced Aesthetician, and the one behind our transformative facial treatments. With a genuine passion for enhancing beauty and self-confidence, Gillian's expertise is matched only by her warm and caring demeanor. From the moment you step into your initial consultation, Gillian's compassionate approach will put you at ease, ensuring that you feel supported and confident throughout every step of your personalized procedure. Her mission is to empower each individual to embrace their unique beauty and stride forward with renewed confidence. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, boating, and going on adventures with her dog, Lady.
Sydney Crabtree, LE, Lash Artist
Meet Sydney, a Eugene native who is excited to bring her expertise to Melted Aesthetics! Sydney's journey began at IBS School of Cosmetology, where she honed her skills and earned her cosmetology license. Her passion for enhancing natural beauty led her to specialize in lash extensions and hair services. Sydney has taken her talents to the next level and has received her esthetics license from the Advanced Esthetics Institute. This will allow her to expand her range of services, providing you with even more options to choose from. When she's not busy transforming faces, you'll find her indulging in true crime podcasts. She also finds joy in caring for her adorable rescue dog, Henry, and cherishes quality time spent with her boyfriend and family.
Kailey Kripal, LE, Makeup & Lash Artist
Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Kailey now thrives at Melted Aesthetics, blending the best of both worlds as an Aries/Pisces cusp at 22 years old. With a heart that embraces animals, she is now a mommy to three orange cats: Honey, Archie, and Clair. Between helping others find their inner beauty and part-time childcare, you can find Kailey at the Rocky Mountains for regular escapades. After graduating from esthetics school in 2019, she ventured from a med spa to establish K Cosmetics. Holding a license enriched by continuous education, Kailey excels in various domains—from lash extensions, brow lamination, waxing, and tinting to mastering makeup artistry for every occasion. Fun fact: Kailey hates bugs... even butterflies!
Kaley Landis, LE, Lash Artist
Kaley has been a licensed aesthetician for 3 years. Her expertise spans across brows, facial services, lash treatments, and full body waxing. However, her heart truly lies in eyelash extensions, where she shines as a customization specialist—meticulously tailoring each lash set to perfection for her clients! As the finishing touch to her lash magic, Kaley takes joy in witnessing the transformative moment when clients lay eyes on their new lash set. Beyond eyelash artistry, her skills extend to lash and brow tinting, brow lamination, lash lift treatments, full body waxing, and crafting personalized facial treatments. Kaley's commitment to her client's satisfaction and her ability to enhance their natural beauty make her an invaluable asset to any beauty journey.
Naomi Jones, Nail Technician
Naomi's lifelong passion for beauty and nails has been her driving force. In January, she transformed her dream into reality by graduating from beauty school, a dream she's nurtured since childhood! Her expertise lies in a diverse array of nail care specialties, including indulgent pedicures, manicures, paraffin wax treatments, acrylic full sets, and captivating nail art. With every stroke of her brush and every detail, Naomi not only beautifies nails but also crafts unique and personalized experiences for her clients. Her journey from dreamer to accomplished nail artist is a testament to her dedication and artistic flair.
